What is Babylon Detroit Style Pizza?
Our dough is made fresh daily and fermented for 24 hours. It’s thick, airy and crispy baked in a rectangular pan, similar to the blue steel automotive pans originally used to make Detroit Style Pizza. Our signature three cheese blend includes Wisconsin Brick cheese, which is traditionally used on Detroit Style Pizza. Our signature cheese blend goes all the way to the edges of the pizza, which creates an irresistible, glorious cheesy baked crown. It’s then topped with our fresh house prepared toppings and baked in our stone deck ovens. When its finished baking we top it with one of our signature sauces and finishers.
